Leave bandage on piercing for the first 48 hours. Carefully remove bandage and clean piercing using a saline solution. Mix roughly half a teaspoon of Sea Salt with 8oz. warm water to make saline solution. Soak your piercing for at least 5 minutes. Allow to air dry. At night for the first week place bandage over piercing, to keep from bumping it. DO NOT USE ALCOHOL, PEROXIDE, OR BACTINE. Stay out of lake water for 30 days. Pool water, Salt water, saunas, and tanning will not harm your piercing. You may take Ibuprofen for swelling, and Tylenol for pain.  Clean piercing with saline solution once daily for 30 days. Microdermals will take anywhere from 2-4 months to heal. After 60 days, you may change the top of your microdermal. You buy the jewelry, and we will change it out free of charge.
